Content Library Annual Membership Subscription Policy

The Naturopath Hub Content Library Annual Membership provides continued access to the Content Library after your initial 12-month access period.

Membership & Payment

The Annual Membership is $99 AUD per year and is billed automatically every 12 months using your nominated payment method.

By subscribing, you authorise Naturopath Hub to charge the applicable annual membership fee on each renewal date until your subscription is cancelled.

Automatic Renewal

Your membership will automatically renew every 12 months unless you cancel before your next renewal date.

You will continue to have access to the Library while your subscription remains active.

Cancelling Your Membership

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Shopify customer account. Cancellation will prevent future renewal payments.

If you cancel during an active membership period, you will generally retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically provide a refund for the current membership period.

Failed Payments

If a renewal payment is unsuccessful, Shopify may retry the payment using your nominated payment method. If payment cannot be successfully processed and your subscription becomes inactive, your Content Library access may be removed.

Content Library Access

Your Annual Membership provides access to the Naturopath Hub Content Library and the resources available within the Library during your active membership period.

New resources may be added to the Library over time. Naturopath Hub reserves the right to update, replace or remove individual resources where necessary.

Initial Library Purchase

The Annual Membership is separate from the initial Whole Library purchase. The initial Library purchase provides 12 months of access, after which you may choose to continue your access through the $99/year Annual Membership.

You are not automatically enrolled in the Annual Membership when purchasing the initial Library access.
